An Oak Hill house on Kingfisher had another prank incident Sat. Feb. 4 around 10:00 pm.   Please call the Middletown police non-emergency # 732-615-2100, and report anything out of the ordinary.

"These people (most probably, kids) picked up branches from our backyard and lined them up on the street and created a road block in front of our house.  When my husband came home around 10:30, the road was blocked and he had to clear them to prevent any accidents.  I actually heard some noise outside but didn't see anyone. I don't know if it's the same group of kids who victimized us before.  I want to know if anyone living in Kingfisher Drive saw kids around that time in our area.  I can't believe they are out late at night in this cold weather!  I reported the incident to the police but by the time the officer came, he didn't see anyone in our area.  This is the third incident this year and it is already getting very annoying.  Thanks.."

Last summer- into early fall, OHA summarized 10 or 12 incidents spread over many Oak Hill streets. The most serious was a broken window; there is potential for kids to hurt themselves or others.  We summarized all data and gave to the police, who distributed copies to their patrol officers.  Let the police put together the clues.

Please email  oak-hill@comcast.net so we can alert your neighbors. We would like parents to get the word to their children.

Parents:   Please mention this to your teenagers when they leave to go out in the evening.  We suspect these are kids, making mischief!  We love our Oak Hill neighbors and don't want anyone to be hurt. (this email was sent by Steve Miller, Secretary, Oak Hill Association)
