FEBRUARY, 2012 MAILING (single page, double sided) addressed to all Oak Hill Residents

Vivian Breen output 6 *.CSV files (derived from tax records) for all residents on streets “OAK HILL STREETS.doc   I removed all entries labeled “Land only”.  Then removed all entries Church Street, removed Four winds Drive (less than address 75); added red Hill (between Bamm Hollow & Deepdale, (PLUS Mrs. DeFelice); added Middletown Lincroft (West side, between Bamm Hollow & Crawford)

  1. I noticed the lists were current  - I saw a Jan, 2012 recording date for a house sale that occurred in Dec, 2011.
  2. Where there was an entry of “taxpayer Mailing Address” which differed from the Oak Hill house #/street address, I left the owner’s name, but addressed to his owned Oak Hill residence.  I also deleted the “Zip+4” entry for these non-resident owners.
  3. I copied the “Zip+4” entries to a new column to the right of the residence zip code.
  4. I deleted all columns except name, address, city, state, zip, zip+4
  5. Compare “ 2011adders-not-in-vivian-labels.xls to Vivian's mailing labels; from this, created 2012-feb-adders-not-in-vivian-labels.xls ; (between 10-20 names were removed from the "2010adders"). I added the resulting names to Vivian’s taxpayer lists.
  6. NOTE: I used the 2011 names for the adders on Middletown-LZ road, and Red Hill Road – I did not check if any of these houses had been sold to new owners in 2011.
  7. “2012adders-not-in-vivian-labels.xls ” becomes the new file for the FOLLOWING year to determine which addresses are not in Vivian's list that following year, and repeat the above process.
