The Planning Board has allotted the entire meeting for the Four Ponds - AVAYA Redevelopment proposal.

Our opposition needs to be expressed with a packed meeting room!

SONIC's lawyer, Ron Gasiorowski will continue his cross-examination.  This is a must attend meeting and should be one of the last two left!  We need a packed meeting room of residents to show the Planning Board our opposition to this huge 342 unit development.  Get there early or arrive later, just be there!

Avaya Fund Donations

Donations are critically needed at this time for SONIC to continue to fight the massive 342 unit Four Ponds development at the AVAYA site . Funds are used to pay for:  Attorney representation;  Traffic Engineer; Certified Planner;  Environmental Expert; Appraisal Expert.
