ATTENDEES: Rebecca Iacobelllis, Lee Brewer, Bill Butler, Steve Miller, Helen Duthie, Karen Iturralde, Pat DeSan,
LOGISTICS: the Dec 21 "Visit with Santa" was planned.

• Karen subsequently agreed to write a "process description" so the event can be recreated annually
• Create OHCA accomplishment poster: Karen to work with Sean's "White Street Media" to also print 5 blow-ups of the Santa postcard: 4 to be distributed around OakHill; 1 that Pat DeSan will give to Union Square toy store.
• Member sign-up form: Helen will staff-

DOCUMENT REPOSITORY: Rebecca suggested we establish a common document repository using Goggle Drive
Lee requested that email chains start with a different “subject" if the topic changes.

GENERIC CHECKLIST: Lee suggested a generic todo list and/or process description (for a specific activity) be created, to be used by each event chair person
CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESSES: Steve will provide Karen with an update of new OHCA  members and email addresses (Karen will email notices while Steve is absent)
BEST DATES for 2015 meetings: daytime is best for retirees.  Night time is best for the younger generation,:

USPS postal delivery of postcards:

• ~1060 homes in Oak Hill
• 450 homes are in postal route 21
• 391 homes postal route 14
• ~200 are mixed with non-OHA houses.- for now, the 200 will be hand-delivered.

Pat DeSan tentatively volunteered to be VP of planning (to work with Bill Butler)
Vivian & Bill will be membership committee
OHCA Treasurer: Oscar and Rebecca will split the treasurer position.  They will maintain an OHCA “contact list”.  Present email "contact list" includes:
