 Hi, all (May 20, 2015 Treasurer's report)

 A quick update:

 >> I met with Oscar last night and am in receipt of the treasurer’s   Info.

>> One of the main questions was the number of members vs  the dues income reflected on the April Treasurer’s report.

The April report indicated deposits of $2,340 and the May 12 membership  list reflected 167 paid members.

Oscar brought with him three deposit slips ($840; $930 and $540)   from May 4th, for a total of $2,310. He further indicated that he had  more checks at home. Thus, the total current income is at least $2,310 + $2,340 = $4,650 (equiv. of 155 pd members). The remaining checks will be deposited this week, and thus the total dues income  should then balance with the pd members.

>> Oscar is available to go to Wells Fargo bank on Saturday to transfer signatory cards to me. Rita are you available to join us at 9:45 AM on  Saturday at WF on Hwy 35 in Middletown? We have an appointment

with Dave at WF at that time.

>> I am now inclined to not change the name of the account at WF,   As there are too many additional processes. There are a few questions that I have when we meet at the bank, eg. Fee structure,

and how to capture the PayPal deposits.

 >> I met with Jack Nolan this morning. We went to Bank of America and transferred the CD to my name. I elected to not change the name on the account. Also, I elected to leave it at BofA, rather than cancel and move it to WF. It is not a major issue to leave it. It just rolled over and will mature on March 2, 2016. We can consider moving to WF at that time if we wish. Admittedly, the penalty for early withdraw Is miniscule; however, I elected to leave it.

I have received two checks for new members and will issue an updated membership summary on a frequent basis.
