BREWER PROPOSALS:

10) New business I suggest considering the launch of an OHCA Monthly newsletter - e version or hard copy - decide the benefits of both and have a feel from the postcards what the impacts are. I got this idea from the quick popularity of the "Nextdoor" saga about the Tree Guy
     a) includes new construction in area or status of planned construction or development - like Trinity School for Girls - source Middleton Office, Middletown Patch, Atl Herald, and Red Bank Green paper
     b) possibly election or ? information - source residents plus above
     c) movie reviews - source submitted by community folks to the newsletter
     d) Recipes - source suggested by the community readership
     e) Garden tips - such as effective and ineffective deer control sprays or treatments, or more unusual shrubs, plants and flowers that do well in this area but are not well known  such as the red twig dogwood -  handsome red stalks against the snow, red hot poker attracts dragonflies which help with mosquito control etc.
     f) quality service companies with OHCA consumer ratings spanning from 1 star to 5 star (like YELP) and any comments they may wish to elaborate upon
     g) Health Clubs and "deals" or health gadgets like Fitbits (where you can "buddy-up" to compare or compete your steps, sleep etc vs. your buddy or more than one buddy) You can have a Fitbit club if you want it - I also use the fit bit for wakeup alarm since it is silent and vibrates on my wrist - doesn't wake Liz.
     h) Car reviews or car dealership reviews - and reader response review section
     I) Deals offered by businesses that are exclusively for OHC - source - residents
     J) General May 5 meeting info - what happens there, why go (agenda)- source OHC committee
     k) ANY IDEAS THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE - such as ads for teens in the  area - baby sitting, lawn care, painting, etc.
