DIRECTIONS TO USE MAILCHIMP:  (this is the best I can do in my available time)

browse to www.mailchimp.com

login & password- see Steve Miller or Karen Iturralde

You could

• click  "templates" on top left; edit a new version of what I have done previously: select "School's Out Pizza Party"; then click the “down” arrow to right of “Edit”, and click “Create Campaign”
• OR skip “templates”, and create something brand new: click "Campaigns" (on top left) ;  then click "Create Campaign" on top right

Then "select" "Regular Campaign"

then  "Send to entire list" (this is the default) ; and click "Next" in very bottom right corner

"Campaign Info": complete  top left 2 boxes; and click "Next" in very bottom right corner

"Select a Template": "select" 1 column

drag and drop from right side of screen to left side  (for instance, drag "Text" to left side;

What recipient sees is on left of screen; you edit the text on the right half of screen. then click "Next"

You can click top right "Preview and Test" to email only to yourself

WHen finally happy with the email appearance, then you can either send immediately, or "schedule" the email.
