Folks, ( 3/10/2016)

Here are the minutes from tonight’s meeting.

• ·         Membership is at 173.  If membership doesn’t increase much we will need to revisit our expenses.
• ·         Past members from 2014 and 2015 who have not sent in their 2016 dues: Steve will send list of names to Sean.  Sean will print out address labels and give them to Glenn.  Glenn will put together and send out the mailer: letter and a self-addressed envelope
• ·         Easter Egg Hunt
• o   Sean will confirm with Karen that the bouncies have been ordered
• o   Sean will post event on nextdoor and facebook
• o   Helen will contact Roseanne for the bunny suit
• o   Day of event:
• §  Helen, Lee, Mark & Shannon B. (Sean’s contacts) will volunteer.
• §  Vivian will bring munchkins, apple juice
• §  Sean will bring 3 tables, membership paperwork, cones,
• §  Volunteer (Sean’s contact) to be the bunny
• ·         Wine and Cheese
• o   Glenn will see if the Taylor house is available
• o   Lee and his wife have offered to help  purchase the cheese and host the event in their back yard in order to keep the cost down
• ·         Block Party - Sean will follow up with Rebecca on specifics.
• ·         May Meeting - Helen will get insurance certificate from Lee and confirm the big room.
