April 20 Meeting Minutes

 ·         Attendees: Glenn, Steve, Helen, Sean, Rita, and Phil Coticelli.  Welcome Phil!

• ·         Membership is at 237.  This is up from the 173 as a result of the recent mailers that went out.
  
  
• ·        Agreed to donate $200 to Soul Kitchen (23 expected to attend 4/21/2016 dinner)
  
  
• ·        Officers – Sean has graciously accepted the position of President.  Rita and Vivian will serve as Co-Vice Presidents.  Glenn and Steve will continue as Treasurer and Secretary respectively.  This will be made official at the May 10th meeting.
  
  
• ·         May General Meeting. 7:30 to 9:00 on May 10th (cleanup by 9:30PM)
• o   Sean will advertise on Nextdoor Oakhill, Facebook, and website with date, time and location
• o   Q&A for the meeting:
• §  Steve will email to members asking for questions.  The board will select 5 questions to ask the Mayor. Glenn will send the questions to the Mayor prior to the meeting. 
• §  After the 5 questions are answered, the audience will have an opportunity to ask their own questions
• o   Agenda – Rita will have an agenda.
• o   Day of Meeting – Sean will bring signs and membership forms.  Helen and Vivian will take care of the refreshments.  Rita will take pictures
  
  
• ·         Block Party - Sean will follow up with Rebecca on specifics.  The board will also determine a budget based on projected financials
