to email to the "OHA2009-non-members-corrected-feb9-2010-1.wab" address book, I must do following
1. s/application data/microsoft/address book/
   - move "s.wab" and s.wab~" to the desktop (temporary folder)
   - copy "OHA2009-non-members-corrected-feb9-2010-1.wab" to s/applicationdata/microsoft/address book
   -change name to "s.wab"
   - 
2 open outlook express

WHEN THRU:
"export" the address book to websites\stevemiller\oha\membership\OHA2009-non-members.wab
Close address book; close outlook express
restore original s.wab and s.wab~ to s/application data/microsoft/address book

NOTE: This address book/WAB file was derived from June 7, 2009, excel  file from Jack Nolan: 2009-membership.xls.
This file was "sorted" to  thos people NOT paying in 2009.
These people were copied, and pasted into a new Excel file.
THe file was "exported" as a comma-delimited *.txt file  (without line returns) oha2009-non-members-corrected-feb9-2010.txt
The *.txt file was then "imported" into a new address book, "OHA2009-non-members-corrected-feb9-2010-1.wab" - per steps 1, 2, 3 above
The "OHA2009-non-members...wab" was then imported into "s" address book
ALL FURTHER CHANGES: make to the "S" address book!!.  examples:
2/10/2010 left phone messages for
1. Deborah Graziano - then I sent email to my "guess" at her email address: dgraziano@gmail.com
2. Jacqui + Anthony Masciana (2009 members, but email currently "bounces"
